Thanks to a personal connection to our Managing Director Gernot Schandl, the end user from Upper Austria knew that MOLL-MOTOR not only supplies electric motors and gearboxes, but also provides fast and reliable help in difficult situations. In order to save the start of his production, he arranged contact with the machine manufacturer.
Our team immediately searched our international network. We found a partner in the Baltic States who had parts from Turkey in stock for immediate assembly, which we were able to combine with a rotary encoder from the Netherlands. The dimensions of the shaft and torque arm matched exactly with the German manufacturer, who had fallen behind schedule. This was not the market leader with the red logo, whose dimensions are easier to replace, but rarer dimensions. MOLL-MOTOR was nevertheless able to organize the perfect application.
We delivered the geared motors directly to the machine manufacturer within a few days and they were able to complete the plastic machine on time. The customer started its production of plastic parts on time, further strengthening its and our reputation in the industry.
