With about 90 employees, MOLL-MOTOR is an important employer both in Stockerau and the surrounding area and for commuters along the S1, S3, B4, S5 and B6. Our employee turnover is low, but we have been growing steadily for years. Therefore, we regularly have a need for qualified employees.

The salary is agreed upon at the time of hiring and is above the minimum salary according to the collective agreement if the employee has the appropriate qualifications and experience. Employment relationships are subject to the collective agreement for the metal industry, here you will find the provisions for blue and white collar workers.

Workshop

Professions: Mechatronics technician, painter or industrial painter, repair clerk, shipping clerk, warehouse worker, assistant workshop worker, apprentice mechatronics technician, (manager workshop).

We rebuild electric motors, manufacture gearboxes from individual parts, assemble motors with gearboxes, or manufacture entire assemblies for machine builders. Pre-materials are taken over upon delivery and stored until processing. Picking lists are printed out from the ERP system, according to which the assembly takes place. Some rebuilding, assembly or inspection work occurs frequently and requires only manual dexterity, but no special prior knowledge. We test the motors, gearboxes and servo motors with analysis equipment, and repair them, mainly for production plants. Some of the drives are repainted, either to protect them from certain environmental conditions or to meet color requirements. When the goods are ready, they are packed safely for transport and handed over to the forwarding company.

Sales and purchasing

Occupations: Technical sales (inside sales/field sales), sales assistance, technical purchasing, apprentice industrial clerk, (sales executive, purchasing executive)

We sell drives mainly to business customers. Our technical sales department maintains relationships with existing customers and acquires new customers. Approximately 60% of sales are generated in Austria, approximately 40% in other EU countries, for which foreign language skills are a great advantage. Some sales engineers are more active in the field, others more in the office, but there is no complete separation. We negotiate prices and conditions for standard drives, or support customers in one-off projects. To choose the right actuator, technical knowledge on at least HTL level is necessary, as well as specific experience with actuators, which is usually acquired through training by experienced staff. For customer inquiries, stock levels and delivery times must be checked. Once the order is won, it is booked into our ERP system. Finished goods or input materials are ordered from suppliers. Partly based on suggestions from the ERP system, partly project-related. Communication with most suppliers is in English.

Administration

Occupations: General administration, accountant, payroll clerk, logistics clerk, apprentice industrial clerk, quality manager, IT supervisor, facility management, cleaner.

As in any company, we have incoming and outgoing mail. Telephone calls have to be transferred to the right contact person, e-mail inquiries have to be correctly assessed and forwarded. In addition, supplier invoices are checked, booked and transferred, customer and supplier data is updated in the ERP system, sales files are archived, forms are filled out, transport documents are created and transports are requested and ordered from forwarding companies. Overtime and travel expenses also have to be settled regularly, and wages and salaries paid. MOLL-MOTOR is certified according to ISO9001, quality management and audits are supervised by a responsible person. First-level support is maintained in-house for the EDP, which is largely provided by external companies. In addition, a fleet of more than 10 company vehicles has to be managed. Cleaning and repairs of buildings and equipment are also to be organized with external companies or own personnel.
